Ridge Kids Acadmey has partnered with Mountain Health Network to open child care facilities for their employees an other medical professionals. If you are a medical professional and would like to register for the Woodville or Collis Campus, click the links below  to complete the inquiry. You will receive an email from Childpilot to complete registration.

Families are welcome to call RKA to set up an appointment to visit, or they may stop by at any time. Our Administration staff will answer any questions, show families around the center and introduce them to the classroom staff, and review the enrollment paperwork.
The following forms must be on file before your child may attend:

The center must have a health record, signed by your child’s physician, immunization records, and other pertinent information within 30 days of enrollment and every year thereafter. (Special dietary needs form must be noted by a physician.) If forms are not returned within the 30 days you will risk losing your child’s spot. We are an equal opportunity establishment. 
 
You will be billed every Weekly.

Scholarships 
Ridge Kids Academy offers limited Scholarships each year for eligible applicants. 


     Year-round families may schedule 1 vacation week during summer.  You must notify an administrator at least 2 weeks in advance and your account must be in good standing to take advantage of this.

Ways to pay  

  • AutoPay is required for all accounts

  • Credit or Debit Card on Child Pilot App

  • Cash, Check, or Money Order received by all Administration on a case by case basis.

  • We are not able to draft from an bank account using the account and routing numbers.
