Heather Blake

Executive Director

     Heather has been with Ridge Kids Academy, Inc. (RKA) since 2001. She began as a teacher her first three years with RKA, then was promoted to Assistant Director. In 2008, she took over as Director. Heather has a degree in the Psychology of Early Education and Early Education Administration. Heather is the heart of this establishment; she pours her heart and soul into the kids and the staff.

LauraBeth Meade

Executive Administrator

     LauraBeth has been with Ridge Kids Academy, Inc. (RKA) since 2009. She has worn many hats throughout her time here – Afterschool Lead Teacher, Preschool Teacher,  Assistant Director,  Preschool Director and now our Executive Administrator.  She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and American Sign Language (ASL). Her passion for RKA is undeniable and we are blessed to have her with us.

Sarah Miller

Infant/Toddler Director

Sarah has been a teacher with Ridge Kids Academy, Inc. (RKA) since 2010, teaching all age groups. Most recently she  has been our Curriculum specialist and is now  our Infant /Toddler Director

Amy McCarty

Preschool Director

Amy has been a teacher with Ridge Kids Academy since 2008. She has taught many ages through the years and she  is excited for her new position as Preschool Director.

Erica Harmon

School Age Director

Erica has been with Ridge Kids Academy, Inc. (RKA) since 2011. She has had many roles with us through the years. These last couple of years, Erica led our School Age Department through the ups and downs of the Pandemic. She has a great talent, and we are excited to have her as our School Age Director.

Jessica Mooney

Infant/Toddler Coordinator

Jessica has been a with Ridge Kids Academy since 2014. She has taught all ages. Jessica will be Graduating  December 2022 with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education with minors in Special Education, Autism, and Psychology.  She is stepping up into a new role as the Infant/Toddler Coordinator.
